Organized in 2025, the agency was created to consolidate a variety of Alabama workforce functions to simplify and improve access. The effort unifies comprehensive workforce support under one roof, improving access for all Alabamians. Because each worker’s success is a step toward a brighter future for everyone in Alabama.
